Motivation Mondays: The Power of a Fresh Start
You don’t need a new year, a new month, or a new week to start fresh — but hey, since it is Monday… why not now? This week, I challenge you to hit that invisible reset button. 👉 What’s one small thing you can do today to feel more aligned, more YOU? 💬 Comment below with your fresh start for the week — it could be as simple as drinking more water, reaching out to a friend, or finally saying “no” to something that drains your energy. Let’s inspire each other — you never know who needs to see your post today.

Quarterly Goal Check-In: Let’s Refocus Together!
We're coming to the end of March so it’s time to revisit our goals and celebrate progress! Think about your goals from the last few months: 💡 What’s working? 💡 What’s been challenging? 💡 What needs tweaking? Set aside 10 minutes this week to reflect and adjust. If you’ve hit a roadblock, that’s okay - share it in the comments, and let’s brainstorm solutions together. Remember, progress isn’t always a straight line. What matters is that you keep moving forward! Let’s celebrate wins and support each other. Drop one recent success in the comments!

Embrace Change: Turning Transitions into Triumphs
Change is a constant in life. To build resilience: - Accept and Adapt: Acknowledge emotions and adjust. - Seek Opportunities: Find growth in new situations. - Stay Connected: Lean on your support network. ______________________________ I remember when I was first diagnosed with MND - talk about a massive life change! At first, it felt like my world had been flipped upside down. But as I started embracing the change (instead of fighting it), I discovered new strengths, new perspectives, and even new opportunities I never imagined. Here’s what helped me: - I gave myself space to feel the emotions, but I didn’t let them define me. - Losing my physical abilities led me to discover new ways to inspire, teach, and connect with amazing people like YOU! - My support system has been EVERYTHING. I wouldn’t be here without my incredible family, friends and carers who lift me up. Now, I’d love to hear from you! What’s a change you’ve faced recently, and how did you turn it into a triumph? Let’s support and inspire each other! Drop your stories in the comments.

I’ve. Been struggling with increasing knee pain for a year now. Recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis despite being physically active (doing a reformer, barre ,studio Pilates, nursery work) each week. I’m disappointed in diagnosis but trying to turn it around by educating self (Pilates cert iv) to help myself & others
