At yoga today, it occurred to me that when I look in the mirror I don't see the glow, but when I see pictures taken of me the glow is there. I've been breaking contracts and cords all week long. I expect the glow will show up in my mirror soon.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about quantum timelines like an infinite fork in the road, with endless prongs stretching outward in every direction. Every choice we make feeds a different path, and every pattern we continue repeating keeps us walking further down a specific timeline. What feels fascinating to me is how many people spend years cycling through the same emotional loops without fully realizing it. The patterns can look different on the surface, yet underneath they carry the same core wound or lesson trying to be seen. ✨ people pleasing ✨ fear of being fully seen ✨ overworking and burnout ✨ abandoning yourself in relationships ✨ shrinking, numbing, or doubting yourself ✨ repeating the same emotional pain in different forms Sometimes those loops could continue for decades. Then suddenly, something happens that collapses your understanding completely. A conversation, a breakup, an awakening, or even a quiet moment of deep self-awareness suddenly allows you to see the pattern clearly for the first time. That moment of awareness becomes a new fork in the road. You can continue feeding the longer timeline where the same loops keep repeating, or you can choose a shorter timeline rooted in healing, alignment, and becoming the version of yourself that no longer needs the lesson to arrive through suffering. That’s what feels so powerful about awareness to me. It compresses time.
