@Luba Carlson I’m retired I can make it anytime. 🥰
What are we doing this week?
We are celebrating you. I would love for you to get to know each other as we are starting to build the circle of trust in this community. So... What are you so so so good at that when others compliment you, you get all giddy and say something like, Oh, it's nothing. It's in my blood. :)

I’m good at teaching which I recently retired from, I also try to use humor to calm and unify people. 💗
I'm Grounded
The Lord has been telling me to slow down. I have been telling Him I'm bored and asking Him to show what the next thing is I am to learn. So, He grounded me. I took a wrong step going downstairs and hurt my ankle. Again. Lol. It's not too bad, but bad enough to stay on the couch and reflect. I'm grateful He's teaching me on my day off and I don't really have to be anywhere. If you feel called to, pray for fast recovery :) P.s. it's snowing this morning and the view out the window is so beautiful.

Welcome Home to the Road to Eden!
Hello, beautiful sisters! I am so excited and grateful that you are here. The Road to Eden is officially open! This is our inclusive, safe sanctuary where we reconnect with the original blueprint of peace and wholeness God designed for us. Together, we will hold space for the Holy Spirit, allowing our nervous systems to Rest, Release, and Reset through faith-based somatic and energy experiences. This journey is about gently shedding stress and trauma so you can tangibly connect with the ultimate Healer. I can't wait to walk alongside each of you! Let's Break the Ice! To celebrate our launch and make this space feel warm and familiar, I invite you to say hello in the comments below! Share one of these two things: 1. Your Co-Pilot: Share a picture of your favorite pet (or animal friend!) 2. Your Nest: Share a picture of your favorite cozy corner or working space where you feel most peaceful. I'll start! Can't wait to meet your pets and see your cozy corners! Welcome again!

Chloe is my sweet little companion who is presently terrified because my wonderful cooking set off the scary fire alarm!
Are you an opossum person?
My day started with finding an opossum next to my studio's front door. He was obviously distresses, his back paw was bleeding. He was shivering and his face was so cute. Now, that is something I never thought I'd outloud. I called the non-emergency line, they told me to hang tight as they will try to reach Animal Control. AI suggested creating a barrier around him, but as soon as I approached him with my by-folding sign and an old vinyl tablecloth, he got scared and tried to run. Well, more like slowly move out of desperation. So I grabbed that tablecloth, whispered a little prayer, wrapped him up and took him inside. Ok, now what? - Did you ever do an emergency emptying of a large plastic tote why holding an animal wrapped into a tablecloth in one hand? The Lord was merciful, I was able to do it all, grabbed some old towels and placed him in box. I have this round piece of wood that is quite heavy so I placed it on top of the box. I peeked inside. He peeked out of the nest that just happened and buried himself deeper in between the layers of the table cloth. The Animal Control rep arrived soon and took Milo (yes, he was given a name) with him. Did you ever have an unexpected encounter with wild life that left you in awe? Or, terrified? What happened? I didn't take any pictures of Milo, but do you have any of your encounter? And, also, be honest: are you an opossum person?

You’re brave! Opossums are great for the environment, they walk across the top of our fence.
