Check-in
Scores 😊 Happiness: 7/10 ⚡ Energy: 7/10 🎯 Focus: 6/10 😌 Calmness: 6/10 🌙 Sleep Quality: 7/10 🔥 Motivation: 8/10 Reflection From my check-in: In our Skool session today, one of Jim's slides said 'The thing you need most is made by the thing you cannot start'. I had to turn it around - 'the thing you cannot start is becomes the thing you you most need' and that made sense. It twigged the idea of friction for me. On a blank page I wrote two columns: What do I want to do? and What do I have to do? and added across the top '5 Minutes - do the hard thing for 5 minutes'. And then I did the thing just an hour prior I couldn't do - I made lists of things to do under both columns. Its really important to by brain to externalize the things that need doing and I was just really struggling to do that. Somehow, separating my tasks that way unblocked that struggle. JT said: Here's why the two columns worked. When "want" and "have to" sit on one list, every item picks up the dread of the worst one, so your brain won't even let you write the list down. Split them and the dread stays in one column. The "5 minutes" line then shrinks the hard thing until it's small enough to start. You didn't push through friction with willpower. You cut it down. And an hour after you couldn't do it, you did it. That goes in your evidence stack. I just did a bunch of things that have been circling around in my brain, in and out of the fog, for months. It's a miracle I tell ya, a miracle. I'm buzzing right now, going to go get some movement (I am grateful to be able to do so).

Found my business path with AI Jim!
For years I was gliding down the scale with my automotive recruitment agency, invested in several courses in order to automate and systemise the most, but couldn't get it to work as it should, I drowned in all the very interesting Skool videos but didn't implement first , so got lost , restarted, got lost again, hired a business coach with more handy tools and dashboards and again I failed, and one more time. Which led to a burn-out , now I have found out that I have Audhd with RSD I can understand that I was the fish trying to climb the tree I thought I was a monkey lik all the succesfull guys, but it just didn't work. With AI Jim I found my Ikigai for work: I am really good at reading people and their resume's often between the lines, I understand their cultural fit, and got my dopamine from the placements, So the brain killing automated outreach drained me. Witha all the questions from AI Jim the answer came and I am turning into Executive recruitment in Automotive Throughout Europe, no bulk outreach, all personal, and already have the network and the expertise, but never dared to start it , feeling too small: today I changed my LinkedIN profile, and am redesigning my website: I Reached out to a giant prospect today; a new Asian car brand who needs to fill their bases in 8 European countries and I do have the systems, the knowledge and the network. I spent two days in rewriting my businessplan, my website tekst, which is kinda of easy with AI tools 😁 and where hyperfocus is a benefit ! one tip to finetune: use different AI systems to judge their texts; works really great The great thing is that I slept really bad for months , and last 2 nights I slept really well so feeling the energy rushing back; picked up on the cold showers, the gym, the cold bath after the gym, and am a nicer person for my family. healthy eating and supplements are already standard for me, but checking Jim's list tomorrow, if I can improve more ; Jims layout with coloured routines or todo's is great, because of the rush I am in, I missed out on the daily check ins and they are a must since you can start the day with finished tasks so it is easier to pick up other tasks as well so must dos in the morning are the way to go!

Check In week 2 day 3
Here's my check-in for 2026-09-23: How I feel: Happiness 7/10, Energy 6/10, Focus 6/10, Calmness 7/10, Sleep Quality 7/10, Motivation 7/10 What I did: Good Sleep, Early Bedtime, Stayed Hydrated, Breathwork, Grounding, Cardio, Walk, Stretching, Healthy Eating, No Alcohol, No Added Sugar, No Late Caffeine, Took Supplements, Hit Protein Goal, Ate Vegetables, Home Cooked Meal, Journaling, Low Stress Day, Positive Mindset, Deep Work, Focused Morning, Single Tasking, No Meetings, Reading, Learning, Skill Practice, Quality Time, No Phone at Dinner, Active Listening I feel most focused when I have a clear picture of what I'm doing next. Fuzzy next steps are an invitation to distract myself. If I can remember to stop and ask what is the unclear thing, or what is the first thing I can do to clear up where to go next, usually I can refocus enough to get some forward motion. Also, I realize, I can start to bring in a certain amount of 'noodling' time in my work day ☺️
