What a great community! While I’m not in the spa/beauty industry, I can identify with feeling uncomfortable more than I’d like. I’m finding that the standard metrics of success from a business standpoint are not the true measure of success during the startup/infancy phase. It’s the value you hold in doing what you are doing.
