Thanks to @Richie 'The Owl' Howson and @James Linnen for the call this evening. Really enjoyed it, found it very informative. Focused on the importance of warming up when you practice, hints and tips. My son had his throw looked at and even had a leg against Richie, he was made up. Highly recommended.
