Post Your Breath Hold (Week 46: Nov 10th - Nov 17th)
What should you do if you miss a day? Last week @Priti Shah asked this great question. In the video, I give my recommendation, and news on the upgraded Breath Hold Mastery. ๐Ÿ‘‹ ๐—ก๐—ฒ๐˜„ ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ? Here is how it works: Step 1: Take an inhale, start your stopwatch & hold your breath. Step 2: Post your time here, get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Let's go & double your breath hold! ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿซ

W17 D4: slow and easy morning. Last day of my summervacation โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป 30 min mediyogaprogram ( streching and breathing) 10 minutes of meditation, then som massaging of the diaphram and ended with a O2 table. Can feel I am a little bit out of practice- havenโ€™t done tables in a couple of weeks, so last round I held 55 sec instead of 1:05, but thatโ€™s good enough - for me โ˜บ๏ธ ๐Ÿ’ซ happy breathing everyone

I am still at my personal best 1:51 and canโ€™t seem to get passed that 2 min limit. ๐Ÿฅฐ I have a feeling that consistensy might be one key to hold on to, and I tend to skip my routine whenever life is happening and gets to busy. I know I will get there eventually- just have to give myself some time and lots of love ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ’ซ excited to see when it will be โค๏ธ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Step 2: Post your time here so you can get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Already participated last week, or last month? No worries, you can post and do it as much as you want (as a matter of fact, we'd only encourage it ๐Ÿ˜Ž) And if you done the challenge once (or twice), feel free to shake it up a little bit. Do exhale breath holds only for a week, or take it easy and do 1-2 breath holds a day without going for a max. Variety is the spice of life.

Had som excercises with manuals as well, but for the most used the breath. Movement through the breath. - let the breath control the movement and the body will adapt๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

@Manuel Ruep thatโ€™s true. Working on managing to stick to my routines when life gets busy and not pushing my routine away- which is so easy to do.
