Stop trading all of your time for progress. Start building assets.
Every creator reaches a point where working harder isn't enough. The next level comes from creating things that continue working after you've finished. Think about your current projects. Could one become: A template? A prompt pack? A course? A GPT? A membership resource? A digital download? Every finished asset becomes something that can help people again and again. Today's challenge: Look at what you're building and ask yourself: "Could this keep creating value while I'm working on my next project?" That single question can completely change how you build your business.

@Jim Flach You did. 😄 A GPT adapts within a single chat, so if you start a new one you'll usually need to give it the prompt or instructions again. A Project lets you keep multiple chats that all share the same instructions, files, and context, which makes it much easier to stay organised.

@Jim Flach however projects cannot be shared but customgpts can
Goal breakdown Assistant Prompt
Give this prompt a try if you need help with your Goals 😁 Act as an experienced project planner. I will give you a goal. Create a practical roadmap by breaking it into: • Milestones • Weekly objectives • Daily actions • First step • Success metrics • Possible obstacles • Backup plans • Weekly review and adjustments For each milestone, explain: • What needs to be completed • How I'll know it's finished • The biggest risk • The next logical action If the goal is unrealistic, explain why and suggest a more achievable version without changing the overall objective. Keep everything practical, specific, and achievable. Prioritise stead

The 3 Levels of Using AI
Most people think they’re “using AI.” But there are levels to this. Level 1: Random You open ChatGPT. You ask a question. You get an answer. Helpful? Yes. Strategic? Not really. This is reactive use. Level 2: Structured You save prompts. You reuse formats. You know what output you want. Now AI becomes consistent. You’re not guessing. You’re directing. Level 3: Systemised You build small tools around your workflow. Brain dump → AI formats → post. New member joins → template → personalise → done. Idea → structured prompt → usable output. At this level, AI is not a tool. It’s part of your operating system. Most people stay at Level 1 and wonder why they feel overwhelmed. The shift happens when you stop asking random questions and start building repeatable processes. Be honest. What level are you currently operating at?

Week 2 – Day 9: Understanding AI Models
DeepSeek What DeepSeek actually is DeepSeek is a large language model (LLM designed with a strong focus on reasoning and problem-solving. In simple terms: - You ask a question or describe a problem - It works through the logic step by step - It explains how it arrives at an answer - DeepSeek is often discussed when people talk about AI models that are good at thinking things through, not just generating text quickly. What people commonly use it for Beginners often use DeepSeek-style models for: - Breaking down complex questions - Working through decisions logically - Understanding technical or structured topics - Seeing the reasoning behind an answer - Learning how to approach problems more clearly - It’s useful when you don’t just want an answer — you want to understand it. How to use it (important mental model) DeepSeek works best when you: - Ask for explanations, not shortcuts - Encourage step-by-step reasoning - Slow the conversation down - You don’t need clever prompts. You can simply ask it to explain its thinking. One small thing to try today Ask the AI to solve something out loud. Example:“Can you walk me through this step by step and explain why each step matters?” Simple step-by-step - Open the AI chat - Ask a question that has more than one step - Request a step-by-step explanation - If it feels too complex, reply with:“Can you explain that more simply?” Stay in the same conversation. Why this helps - You learn how AI approaches reasoning - You become better at spotting mistakes - Complex problems feel less overwhelming - You build confidence using AI for thinking, not guessing This helps you choose AI tools based on clarity and reasoning, not just speed.

@Deborah Cocks there are a lot of different models out there

@Deborah Cocks they each have their strengths and weaknesses
Your goal isn't to build another product.
It's to build something that keeps creating value long after you've finished making it. The businesses that last aren't constantly chasing the next trend. They're improving the same mission, refining their systems, and strengthening their community year after year. When you're planning your next project, ask yourself: "Am I building another product, or am I building something that becomes part of a bigger ecosystem?" That small shift in thinking changes how you design everything.
Your goal isn't to build another product.

My focus is practical AI that helps you stop overthinking, get clear, and actually build the thing.
