I made a healthier high protein version of chicken enchiladas for lunch, they were so delicious! And I had a grilled chicken salad for dinner. 🥗 🍗 I got in all my protein and all of my water intake today! 💪🏽 I did the Glutes workout that was posted 8 days ago. Workout 🏋🏽♀️ IM FINALLY STARTING TO FEEL A BIT BETTER! Today has been the first day in a week where I can actually breathe through my nose but I still have fluid behind my left eardrum which is messing with my equilibrium. Chronic sinusitis sucks 🥺😭 I’ve been feeling so down not being able to get into TCF. I’m doing home workouts daily but it’s really messing with my head that I haven’t been at TCF in over a week- I’m trying not to let it mess with my head too much and trying to stay strong. 😫😢😓
