Good morning, Thank you @Lorena Quintana Gallion ❤️ for encouraging me to join this community! I actually joined a few months ago, but I haven’t had the opportunity to formally introduce myself. So, I made it my mission to do it TODAY! 😊 I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and South Carolina. I’m currently working in community mental health, and if I’m being transparent… I’m feeling the burnout! I also own a private practice that is currently in a rebranding phase as I prepare to become credentialed with Medicaid. It has definitely been a journey! Ultimately, my goal is to transition into running my private practice full-time. Some days that goal feels completely possible, and other days it feels so far away. But I’ve been watching the successes shared in this group, and it reminds me that building a successful and sustainable private practice is possible for me too. I’m excited to finally introduce myself, connect with other therapists/counselors and practice owners, learn from your experiences, and soak up as much knowledge as I can along the way.
