I am a dental surgeon planning to develop an automation system for my clinic to streamline patient onboarding and appointment scheduling. The clinic currently uses Hcloud for patient records, and all communication is managed via WhatsApp. I intend to create a prototype for this workflow and would like to understand the key considerations to keep in mind during development. Additionally, I have a question regarding handling multiple triggers—particularly since form submissions are often initiated manually.

i am trying to make a workflow that translates the pdf into different language. translation is all good but the situation i am facing is that it doesn't keep the original pdf format as it delivers in txt. format any help would be appreciated what to do now.
