I am so bummed to miss the meetup again and this time was just pure error on my part… I looked at the time without my glasses on, swore I saw 9am, set my alarm and everything just to join and find out I missed it! And I feel especially bad because I have a feeling you guys chose that time so I would be able to join because I know other times worked best for the majority. I am so sorry I missed my friends! I really am looking forward to connecting with you all! I will be that much more on it for the next one! Enjoy your weekend! ☀️

I will be hosting my first sound journey at the end of the month for 24 people. I definitely do not feel ready to hold this session, but I am going to let go of needing to be what I feel is perfect and just m know that as I continue to play, I will be more confident, comfortable and connected with my delivery and my intention through my bowls. I feel so grateful that the local Ymca that I teach at is allowing me to give this offering, and it will be a room full of beautiful women that I've known for years and some new. I will use this to submit for my final certification. I'm looking forward to it. 🥰
