A hard truth most investigators and process servers don’t like to hear:
If you’re running cases through Google Docs, shared folders, and homemade spreadsheets — and a client finds out — you will probably lose that client. Not because Google Docs is ā€œbad.ā€ But because it signals risk. From a client’s perspective: • Files live in different places • Access controls aren’t obvious • Audit trails are unclear • Chain-of-custody can’t be explained in one sentence • There’s no single system of record And the moment a client asks: ā€œWhere is everything stored, and who can access it?ā€ ā€œGoogle Driveā€ is not the answer they expect. Serious clients — attorneys, insurers, corporate teams — assume: • One secure platform • Role-based access • Centralized documentation • Consistent structure across every case • Proof that survives scrutiny When information is scattered across tools, confidence drops — even if the work itself is solid. This is how good professionals lose good clients: Not from bad investigations… But from systems that look improvised. If you ever have to explain why your workflow is safe instead of letting the system speak for itself, the damage is already done. Professional work deserves professional infrastructure. And your clients are paying attention — even when you think they aren’t.

Quick intro: IntelServe (built for PIs and Process Servers who are tired of the ā€œafter workā€)
Hey Investigator Syndicate šŸ‘‹ I want to properly introduce something I’ve been building: IntelServe. If you’ve ever finished a case day and thought… • ā€œI’ll type the report laterā€ • ā€œWhere did I save those photos?ā€ • ā€œI need to rebuild the timeline from texts + notes + memoryā€ • ā€œI know what happened… now I just have to prove itā€ …that’s exactly why IntelServe exists. What IntelServe is: A simple, secure case-management platform for Private Investigators + Process Servers that helps you document work live, keep everything in one place, and generate court-ready reports/affidavits without the ā€œcleanup phase.ā€ What makes it different (the PI way): āœ… One platform, one login āœ… Updates + notes + media stay attached to the case (not scattered) āœ… Build a timeline as you go (not after) āœ… Generate a report you’d actually send (not a template you have to rewrite) āœ… If you decide it’s not for you, you can export and walk away clean The easiest way to try it (no disruption): Run IntelServe parallel on one real case for a week. If it reduces cleanup, keep it. If not, no harm done. šŸ‘‰ For more info check out https://intelserve.net (And if you’ve got a specific workflow pain point—surveillance logs, case summaries, custody cases, report writing—comment it. I’m building this with real investigator feedback.)

I sent the info to my husband. I hope to convince him to at least look at the program and have him quit building his own. He needs to get back to our business!
The real pain point isn’t the work… it’s the cleanup (and proof)
Investigator Syndicate — quick reality check: Most PIs and Process Servers don’t struggle because the job is hard. They struggle because the work gets fragmented… and then you’re forced to rebuild your day after the fact. Here are the biggest pain points we see (and what IntelServe is built to solve): šŸ”„ The PI pain points 1) ā€œReport writingā€ turns into reconstruction Notes in your phone, pics in your camera roll, times in your head, details in texts… then you try to recreate it all later. 2) Timelines don’t build themselves The timeline is the case. But most systems make you piece it together manually. 3) Evidence isn’t organized when you need it Photos, screenshots, call logs, maps, observations — scattered across apps = time wasted and details missed. 4) Clients want updates constantly Status questions interrupt your work and pull you out of the field mindset. āš–ļø The Process Server pain points 1) Affidavits take longer than the attempts You did the work… now you’re stuck typing, formatting, and double-checking everything. 2) Details that matter get lost Addresses, descriptions, times, who said what, what was posted/left — one missed detail becomes a problem later. 3) Proof is scattered GPS, photos, notes, attempts, mileage, timestamps… all living in different places. āœ… What we’re solving IntelServe is built to make your work defensible and easy to document: • Document live, in one place • Keep notes + photos + activity attached to the case • Build the timeline as you work • Generate court-ready reports/affidavits without the rebuild If you could eliminate one headache in your workflow right now, what would it be? A) report writing B) organizing photos/notes C) affidavits D) client status updates E) timeline building

I would have to say - YES to all choices. We are an agency and have multiple cases, mulitple investigators, and multiple admin who has to work through the case file as well. We handle over 200 cases at a time, we hit over 300 during covid, but the courts weren't closing cases so a lot of them were stagnant.
It's Official!
So, in a few short days (September 4, 2025) I will be sworn in as the TPSA East Regional Director for the Texas Process Server Association! I am grateful, excited, nervous but READY! This was the other things I had to keep to myself until it was official! I thank all of you! You helped me build up the courage to place my name in the hat and I would not have done it without ya'll!
It's Official!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! HAPPY DANCE!
🚨 INVESTIGATORS — SOMETHING BIG IS COMING 🚨
You’ve heard the whispers. You’ve seen the teasers. And now… it’s almost here. šŸ‘€ For years, we’ve juggled multiple platforms just to run our cases. šŸ“ One tool for process service. šŸ“‹ Another for PI case management. šŸ’³ A separate app for billing. … and don’t even get me started on reporting. 😤 šŸ’” Then it hit me: Why not build the one system we’ve all been waiting for? šŸ”„ IntelServeā„¢ļø — launching soon. āœ… One platform for BOTH Process Servers & PIs āœ… GPS-logged serves + field uploads āœ… Attorney-ready reports & affidavits āœ… Auto-billing + client portals āœ… Workflow automation that actually makes sense This isn’t just a tool — it’s a movement. And The Investigator Syndicate gets the first look before anyone else. > 🧠 Smarter Service. Sharper Investigations.
