@David Furka Do you have any concerns about the Cardarine (GW-501516) and cancer? Or are you just dosing low enough that you see it as a non-issue?

@David Furka Understood. Yeah, pretty much *everything* will cause cancer if you dose it high enough. I'm not familiar with Pnc-27 ... will look into it.
A little birdie told me…
So I got some intel on how the peptide world is going to change. So visa/Mastercard are cracking down. They’re going to be pulling out unless companies make some changes to how peptides are sold. “Research use only” is going away because visa and Mastercard (who’s stock holders are primarily affiliated with eli Lilly) claim peptides are intended for human use so everything is going to be worded something along the lines of “Lab Tested Products” and websites are going to need to make changes. Hence why Aiopeptides credit card processor is currently down until they make changes BUT this may open the door for other options like orals to be more available. Idk all the details but things are changing. This doesn’t mean panic and stock up. It just means expect sites and credit card processors to be temporarily shut down here and there over the next few months.

@Deborah Brown I share your thoughts, but yeah ... I'll learn. I'd advise starting to read up on it. You (we) are going to need to become facile with it.
KimeraChems Delivery Day 😀
- Enclomophine Tabs - 9-ME-BC (holy shit this stuff is wild. The most prominent cognitive compound I’ve felt. I got the raw powder and measured 20mg. Tastes terrible though, drink something w it. I didn’t lol…laser focus and motivation) - ACP105 - Sarm that didn’t kill testosterone and promotes muscle growth, bone density, and reduces cognitive decline - Mirabegron - increases bladder capacity reducing the need to urinate frequently. This is an fda approved drug - Mirabegron is also used as an anti obesity drug too https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10649615/ KimeraChems.co discount code power15. @David Furka I got some bladder relief at 50 mg, and more at 100 mg. Actual "fat loss" effects didn't kick in until I was using 150 mg/day ... which gets expensive, and is sort of out of range for what was studied.

@Janey Keewick Many thanks!
Over active bladder? Try Mirabegron
Mirabegron is a prescription medication primarily used to treat symptoms of an overactive bladder (OAB) in adults. It works by relaxing the bladder muscles, allowing the bladder to hold more urine and reducing the urge and frequency of urination. https://kimerachems.co/product/mirabegron-beta3-agonist-research/ code Power15 saves 15% RUO dose 50mcg-100mcg. Bottle is 100mcg per 1ml Key Information - Medical Uses: Mirabegron is indicated for treating OAB symptoms, including urinary urgency (a sudden and urgent need to pee), urinary frequency (needing to pee more often than usual), and urge urinary incontinence (leaking urine if you cannot make it to the toilet in time). It is also used to treat neurogenic detrusor overactivity (NDO) in children aged three years and older. - Mechanism of Action: It belongs to a class of drugs called beta-3 adrenergic agonists. It works by activating beta-3 receptors in the bladder muscle, which causes the muscle to relax and increases the bladder's capacity to store urine. This is a different mechanism from traditional OAB medications (antimuscarinics), often resulting in fewer side effects like dry mouth and constipation.

BioLongevity Labs also sells Vesilute. Relatively inexpensive right now (until EOY). Because Mirabegron is a beta-3 agonist, some folks have investigated it as a fat-loss agent ... mild thermogenic or "brown fat activation" effect. Dosing usually has to be at 100 - 150 mcg / day to achieve this (so, a tad more expensive, depending on where you're getting it). My RS tried it, but it had minimal effect on that dimension. (Note: my RS seems to be a non-responder to almost all "brown fat activating" approaches.)

@David Furka And you are using ... how much daily? (as oral?)

One of the issues with this compound is that it was abandoned as a potential Rx product because of onco issues in rats. Admittedly, they were getting absurdly high doses ... probably 100x these doses (adjusted for size) ... but it makes me leery of going to too high.
