Problem: The OEM car repair market is a racket nowadays. My 15 year old daughter was backing out of our garage a couple of weeks ago and hit the driver's side mirror cracking the plastic housing which covers the entire assembly. It's a simple black plastic piece. Tesla doesn't sell that piece so one is forced to purchase the entire assembly which is $745. Solution: I found a company on YouTube that makes the piece and sells it on Amazon for $15. The inner mirror black plastic piece is another $17. So for almost nothing I can make the repair myself in about 30 minutes. Research and education is key just like when we're discovering IBC.

Unfortunately, we run into great people who need life insurance but when they had the chance to get it they did not. Fastforward to the present day, married, two young children, and she's not insurable. This is a friend of ours. Deployed to Afghanistan, saw some stuff, lost a close friend, and that affected her. She didn't know about Veteran's Group Life Insurance etc. My point here is knowledge is everything. Somebody knows somebody who can provide wise counsel when it comes to this stuff.
