Looking for Expert Input on Instantly.ai Deliverability Settings and Infrastructure Strategy
Hi everyone, I’m looking for feedback from people with experience in Instantly.ai deliverability, warm-up, and outbound infrastructure. My setup is: Instantly.ai — DFY Google accounts — 1-year-old domains — not blacklisted — 4 email accounts connected on each domain, REPURCHASED yesterday. My priority is strong deliverability infrastructure, not aggressive volume. I would rather build a stable setup first and keep sending volume conservatively. For that reason, I plan to keep the daily sending limit at 19 emails per account. I’d appreciate recommendations on the missing parameters below, based on best practices and real-world experience: Account Warm-up time before launching Campaign: (2, 3, 4 weeks)? Account — Settings — Campaign Settings: Daily sending limit: 19 Minimum wait time: ? Campaign slow ramp: enabled Daily Inbox Placement test limit: ? Custom Tracking Domain: enabled CNAME verified, SSL verified Increase per day: ? Daily warmup limit: ? Reply rate %: ? Warmup Settings Advanced: Weekdays only: enabled Read emulation: enabled Warm custom tracking domain: enabled Open Rate: 100 Spam Protection: 100 Mark Important: 100 If your recommendation is different for any of these fields, I’d love to hear why. I’m especially interested in settings that support long-term inbox placement, domain health, and low-risk scaling. Thanks in advance to anyone willing to share a tested approach.🙏

I found Intantly a waste of money if you're just starting out; they milk you every step of the way. First they convince you to buy a domain and sucker you into purchasing an email address and then tell you you have to warm them up, and that's a month, and during that time you need a list, so they convince you to use their list, which you have to buy credits to use. Then you need credits to clean the list, and next you need to set up a campaign. They convince you to use their AI to set everything up, and by the time you're reading to send, you've spent over $200, and you're finally ready to send, but each email address is limited to sending 20 emails per day, so one domain x 5 email addresses x 20 per day is 100 per day. Email is strictly a numbers game; to start, the more you send, the more you make. they are a big scam.
