I will go first with this simple format -> accidents / mistakes (format of facilitation : in-person/virtual/hybrid) - Workshop participants being locked in the toilet during the break (In-person) - Forgot to set timer for breakout room (virtual) - Online participants felt left out from discussions in the room (hybrid) Feel free to add yours below!!🙌

I was initially inclined to say don’t send the physical copy, as I was happy with the pdf version, and wanted to reduce my carbon footprint. The chocolates were a nice touch too, and if my wife asks, you DID send them.😉🤣
