First off, for those who tried to get on the breathwork session last night - my apologies. This was not connected to the change so not sure what happened but I was waiting for everyone - it seems the links were mixed up. Truly sorry for this! Secondly, this community is becoming: The Reset Project. Honestly it is just me finally being fully myself. Everything I have always taught - breathwork, cold exposure, fasting, morning ritual, nervous system work - has always been great practice but I have had a significant life shift in the last 2 years and my life is now rooted in one: my faith. My relationship with God. The belief that real transformation happens from the inside out, with Him. I have not always said that clearly. I am saying it clearly now. The Reset Project is Christ-centred. Body. Mind. Spirit. For people who are ready to go deeper than just feeling better. I see it as the community is growing into something more. Two live calls every week. Monday Morning Reset - scripture, breathwork, movement and prayer to start the week anchored. Wednesday coaching call - real teaching, real conversation, real answers. Sunday sermon. Plus a growing vault of classroom modules and a community of people doing the real work together. I am glad you are here, genuinely.
