I assume you know the rule? "Melons... eat them alone or leave them alone."? So from that perspective, if you are mixing them with anything but other melons (cants, cucumbers, honeydews etc... all are melons) flatulence would be a predictable result. As far as the 'caused rashes'... that's a symptom by which the body is alerting you to the fact that a healing process is being attempted...because that is what symptoms are: evidence of the body's attempt to heal itself. 'Rashes' would be an attempt to detox through the skin... causing temporary rash and inflamation. Btw, besides the skin, there are four other detox avenues: pee, poop, lungs, (skin), and mucus membranes. Anyway, the Body Electronics viewpoint on this is: whatever 'caused' the symptom is actually providing the body with enough energy to produce the symptom. Therefore, to heal as quickly as possible, do MORE of that. (This view, btw, is radically the opposite of every other healing modality that I know of. Most would advice you to STOP ingesting the energy source... and that WILL supposedly heal you. Except it does it by returning to you your lower state of health that you had before something gave you enough energy for the body to attempt an authentic healing. All authentic healing takes you to a new HIGHER state of health, it doesn't return you to a lower one.) BTW, go work on 'chewing and swallowing more slowly'. Very important. :-)
