Awesome Pierre happy to have you hear, I too had a marketing agency (so has everyone else hahaha) industry specifics i’ve gotten overtime FB ads > Google ads organic > ads and you need a crm, it’s a larger sales process than small services but as a marketing agency owner i’m sure you’ve been using a pretty strong onboarding process

@Isaiah Pierre I think that’s a waste but i’ve never ran them 🤷‍♂️
SUBCONTRACTING DAY RATE??
Does anyone have a framework they use to negotiate a WIN/WIN day rate with a subcontractor. I’m just getting started, before I start writing estimates How can I properly understand a good subcontractor day rate. I’ve caleb use $1800 in a estimate video, But I don’t know if I should pitch the same day rate, or what I should base my day rate off.

find subcontractors and call them and ask 🤷‍♂️ it’s the only way to know for your specific area I always pitched it as I was an already established company but was lacking labour and in my cold call experience it’s always been a sqft rate rather than day rate
Competition
How are you guys separating yourself from the competition?

market yourself in ways your competitors just can’t/won't copy. create some founder marketing videos showing your product and why your better many companies don’t have a professional boarding process and feel old, create a newer, tech driven booking system by leveraging the use of a professional website and easy to use funnel systems, most competitors are stuck in that aspect honestly that’s really it, do the most attractive offer and market in ways the competition isn’t 🤷‍♂️
