Intro: Kelli Ahlgrim Where you’re from:New Mexico, USA What you do: Relationship Coach- targeting gender roles and how to understand them to communicate way more effectively. I currently am focusing on Men, and helping them regain the leadership of the relationship, and will eventually scale to a Female program as well. What obstacles are you facing: 1. My biz just started in the last 5 months-> Time management is first obstacle. I have a “9-5” full time job as well, that is getting retired as soon as debts are paid off and I can prove repeatability in my programs. 2. Strategy in my approach in finding/vetting responsible prospects, who want real change, not the apparent leeches wanting magic words to work. 3. Getting my audience problem aware. The guys to raise their hand and be like “yup that’s me”. Taking the back door approach is necessary right now and exhausting. I get pulled into adding value and it’s not appreciated, just leached for more. I need strategy to politely cut ties without burning a follower I’ve been building rapport with that isn’t ready. 4. Anything tech integration.. I don’t even understand this world.. I know there are easy things I need to use.. and I don’t even know the questions to ask to get the help I need on that front. Totally green with blinders on 🤷‍♀️ Where do you want to take this thing: My goal is to create a new movement and culture to relationships at large and how we see them. The responsibility mindset with a relationship is absent in the world. I want to Level Up the Relationship World. In what we do, what we expect and how we GROW in relationships. Eventually.. when I’m big enough… I want to have a new type revolution of dating app for graduates of the programs with the training on the gender roles core instincts, how to care for the other one and communicate with those in mind, etc. this will be 10 years in the making probably.
