🌄What makes a great leader?
One of the things that I've been reflecting on the last few days has been leadership and the qualities of a great leader. Leadership is not always about titles or authority. It is about influence, integrity, and impact — guiding others toward a shared vision while bringing out the best in them. When thinking about qualities of a great leader, this is what first came to mind: ✨ Empathy: A great leader listens deeply and understands the needs, feelings, and perspectives of others. 🧭 Vision: They see the bigger picture and inspire others to move toward it with purpose and clarity. 🤝 Integrity: Their actions align with their values. People trust what they say because they live it. 🔥 Courage: They make difficult decisions, take responsibility, and stand firm in uncertainty. 🌱 Humility: True leaders know they do not have all the answers. They are open to feedback and growth. 💡 Empowerment: They lift others up, delegate wisely, and encourage independence rather than control. It seems like the greatest leadership I've seen has not been about perfection (though there is an aim for excellence!); it is about presence. It means showing up with authenticity, guiding through example, and being willing to learn alongside their team. I've been blessed with some great leaders in my life and some that left something to be desired. I've learned from all. Question to ponder: What quality do you think defines a great leader the most? Who do you consider a great leader and why?

@Georgiana D I think Vision and empowerment. True leaders have the ability to see more in their people than their people might see in themselves and then empower them to become more. Leaders need to have a vision for what they want to accomplish then realize that they can't get there on their own. Learn to lead yourself then teach and lead others. Ultimately become a leader of leaders. John C. Maxwell's The 5 levels of Leadership is an amazing book to illustrate how to become an effective leader.

🌟Overcoming Limiting Beliefs🌟 (and some silliness)
So, we posted about what limiting beliefs and empowering beliefs are. Here, we take a look at some of the ways that we can overcome them! 🌟 How to Overcome Limiting Beliefs Step 1: 🎯 Choose Your Desired Outcome - Get clear on what you want to change - Identify the beliefs holding you back Step 2: 🔍 Question Your Beliefs - Challenge their truth--how did we get here? Often some of these became engraved in childhood before we can think about them more analytically - Look for evidence that disproves them - Explore different perspectives Step 3: ⚖️ Consider the Consequences - Ask yourself how keeping this belief affects your life - Reflect on the cost emotionally, physically, and relationally Step 4: 🌱 Create a New Empowering Belief - Choose a belief that supports growth - Make sure it feels believable and aligned with your goals and values - Lean into truth with this one too Step 5: 💪 Strengthen the New Belief - Use quotes, affirmations, or role models for support - Build habits that reinforce the belief - Be okay with the discomfort that comes along with this--this is normal!! New neural pathways are being created and that is actual physical change happening (think about how working out can create soreness in the body--there's a similar sense that comes with this) Step 6: 📝 Make a Firm Decision - Commit fully to this change - Build confidence and motivation to stick with it Step 7: 🧩 Condition Your Belief - Visualize yourself living it - Anchor it with daily practices - Learn from people who embody it Step 8: 🏡 Align Your Life - Adjust environment, habits, and language to match the new belief - Use empowering questions daily Step 9: 🚀 Put It Into Practice - Apply the belief consistently - Stay flexible and refine it as you grow 💬 Question to ponder: Which step do you think will be most challenging for you, and which one feels most doable right now? I hope I don't offend anyone with this video but here's some silliness... certainty unconventional and meant for a laugh! I'll post more serious ones later!!
