Performance Marketing for Web Design
I have spent almost 2 months to create an ecosystem which generates US-only Web Design leads for $50, with an average order Value $499 and $899 price points. I can create this for anyone who is looking for good initial chunk of clients. With that CPL in place, you can be choosy with what clients you would like to go with initially, to plan your availability and let's make some business.

Ideas Are Common. Execution Is the Edge.
Scroll through any café conversation, office meeting, or late-night WhatsApp chat and you’ll find no shortage of ideas. Business concepts, apps, side hustles, books, nonprofits, people dream big and talk bigger. But between thought and outcome, something happens: nothing. That image says it all, crowds at the doors of Criticism, Procrastination, and Planning… only a handful at the door of Action. The truth is simple: ideas don’t make you unique, execution does. So why do so many get stuck? It's not because they lack intelligence or creativity. It’s because they never move beyond thinking, tweaking, doubting, or planning. The gap between “I should do this one day” and “I launched something” is only crossed through deliberate, consistent execution, not wishing, waiting, or perfecting. The 5-Step Execution Playbook Here’s a proven structure that turns ideas into outcomes, even if you’re busy, unsure, or just starting: 1. Pick one idea — run a 7-day experiment. Not a six-month plan. Not a full launch. Just one idea you've been sitting on — give it a week of real action. Experiments feel light, yet deliver clarity fast. 2. Define one success metric.Decide upfront what “a win” looks like. Ten email subscribers? One prototype? First sale? Clear metrics create direction and kill analysis paralysis. 3. Break it into three micro-tasks you can start today.Don’t start with the giant version in your head — shrink it. Three tiny, doable actions today move the needle more than a perfect strategy tomorrow. 4. Timebox 90 minutes and ship a usable version.Focus beats “working on it forever.” A small, usable version launched is better than a masterpiece in your drafts folder. 5. Measure, learn, repeat. Double down on what works. Feedback builds momentum. Adjust, iterate, and scale the parts that move the metric. This isn’t theory — it’s what separates watchers from doers. The Real Multiplier: Community + Accountability Here’s the thing: most people don’t fail alone, they fail quietly.

@Kamogelo Ragoasha Let's to solve your problem here. What do you have in your portfolio right now? Which client or niche you have worked hard on? how does it look? do you have a portfolio of such level, client from same industry would love to assign you some work? Just list them down and let us know, or are you trying to look for generic leads offering your services. That's a slow and exhausting job.
Exploring Paid Ads & Lead Generation Platforms – Let’s Share Experiences
Hello Everyone, Following my introduction, I wanted to open up a conversation around something that has been a big part of my agency journey: paid ads and platform-based lead generation. In the past 3 years, I’ve worked with clients across industries and have seen how advertising platforms can completely change the growth trajectory of a business. But the results can vary a lot depending on the industry, budget, and the platform itself. I’d love to hear how others in this community are approaching it and what’s working best for you. Here are a few areas I’d like us to dive into: 1. Google Ads – Often the go-to for high-intent traffic. Some businesses swear by it, but others find it too competitive or expensive. What strategies have you found effective in lowering acquisition costs while still driving quality leads? 2. Microsoft Bing Ads – A bit underrated compared to Google, but in some industries, it performs surprisingly well (especially with slightly older demographics). Has anyone here had success running Bing Ads, and if so, what kind of ROI did you see? 3. Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) – Great for building awareness and retargeting, but targeting and costs have changed a lot in recent years. Are you seeing consistent conversions on Meta platforms, or has it become more of a supporting channel for you? 4. Platform-Specific Lead Generation – Sites like Bark, Thumbtack, MVF Global, or even niche-specific directories can be a goldmine if used correctly. Have you tried these? Do you see them as a stepping stone for building your client base, or do you find they attract more price-sensitive leads? My main goal here is to connect with like-minded people who are either actively running these campaigns or curious to learn how to integrate them into their service offerings. If you’re experienced, your insights could really help beginners avoid wasted time and money. And if you’re new, this could be a great place to ask questions and figure out where to start.
