Hello from Sydney, Australia. I'm setting up a review management system form small businesses, based on 25 years of customer support and online review management experience I've used for businesses like eBay Australia and Cashrewards.com.au After years of working for others, Im currently trying to start a business, earn my own income, and help a business manage their reviews on Google Reviews, trustPilot, etc. My first attempt at automation with Make.com has been a disaster and frustrating. All I want to do is capture the info coming into my form on my website and that info to automatically populate a Google Sheet. Well 5 days later, a dozen or more attempts, communication with people in their community, and replies from the Make Staff, I still dont have that simple 3 module process set up. So as I've already been a Skool member, I thought I'd see if there is a community that can help. I have a bunch of systems that i would like to set up for my business to function effectively but cant get my first automation done - ugh !
