Hello my name is David but you can call me Dave background worked for my level 4 personal trainer but on my journey I found it was not me, I lived a bit of a health journey I seen my community with issues like myself I knew I needed to do something so I started my our little business outreachfitness coaching if you like Google me #outreachfitness. So i have taken what helped me to help others. It's been two years high client base programs for youth and part of two local gyms.
