Hey everyone, I’m looking to build a QR code-based CRM & loyalty program for a lounge using n8n. The idea is: 1. Customers scan a QR code at the lounge. 2. They enter basic details (name, email, phone, and birthday). 3. The data is stored in a CRM (Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets). 4. They accumulate points for each visit, tracked via QR scans. 5. Automated messages 6. Staff can check customer visit history & rewards. I’d love insights on: - Best way to structure the workflow in n8n. - Recommended integrations (Zapier alternative, Airtable, Twilio, etc.). - How to handle unique QR codes per customer or session. - Any existing templates or modules that could speed this up.
