You’re Not Too Late!
A lot of people think: “I should have started years ago” But the reality is: Most people don’t start. If you begin now—and stay consistent—you’ll be ahead of where you’d be if you keep waiting.

@Junior Dlamini I was 37 when I started.. that was tough! I had 16 yr olds kicking my arse on a regular basis! But Keith is right.. you need to be consistent.. and determined! Or what we call here “thick” no stupid thick.. just too “thick” to give up!

@Junior Dlamini you’ll do fine so 💪🏽🙏🏼
The Biggest Mistake Adults Make:
The biggest mistake I see adults make when starting training again: Doing too much, too soon. Trying to: Keep up with everyone. Train like they did years ago. Push through everything. That’s what leads to: Burnout. Injury. Quitting. The goal isn’t to go all-in for 2 weeks. It’s to train consistently for months and years.

Dave Hussey 2 years of karate many moons ago! Wasted 2 years with Akido .. then I woke up! 14 years of bjj. Black belt! Started because I always felt that strangling people would be fun!

@Keith Cooper well the idea was to make myself into segal.. but unfortunately when I needed to do the segal stuff the other opponents hadn’t read the same script!! Fractured eye socket and a broken nose helped me learn the lesson 😂🤦🏻
