Does anyone know why my vapi agent on certain parts of the prompt is saying "asterisk asterisk"? no symbol is written before or after that paragraph, and Im breaking my head trying to find out why on this area of the prompt he's saying "asterisk asterisk." Thanks in advance David

Hi everyone. New here to the group and to ai agents. Im trying to find an easy platform to create an AI voice agent to sell to potential customers. ElevenLabs looks good and easy but is very expensive. I saw people using Vapi. My question is, How much do you charge a customer "monthly"? How do I calculate how many minutes he will be using, and what do I charge him basicly? It could be for 50-5000 minutes in monthly usage. Is vapi much cheaper? Is it realistic to build one for a customer on Vapi? The other issue Im trying to learn is connecting the voice agent to a calendar like google Calendar, etc. I'm basically looking for some detailed video on making a good voice agent for websites for information and appointment setting.
