DSIP Anecdotal experience
DSIP Research Update: My Best Sleep in Months – Anecdotal Log (June 19, 2026) Father’s Day Eve Hey Helix360 community, I wanted to share a quick personal update on my ongoing experimentation with DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide). Last night marked a noticeable breakthrough, and I figured it could be helpful for anyone else exploring sleep optimization, recovery, or peptide protocols. The Sleep Score That Stood Out For the first time in a long while, my Oura Ring showed a full 8+ hours of sleep with both REM and Deep sleep sitting at 23% each. That balance felt like a game-changer. (Attached: Screenshot from my Oura Ring showing the breakdown) What I Changed This Time: A few variables likely played a role, so I’m keeping it real and not claiming any single “magic bullet”: - Had an amazing, low-stress day — spent quality time at a beautiful park and beach with my family and Golden retriever. Mental reset was huge. - Slept with the AC running all night (cooler room = deeper sleep for me). - Took 1mg Tesamorelin right before bed (about 2 hours after my last meal). - Bumped my DSIP dose up to 700 mcg — I’ve been titrating slowly and noticed incremental improvements, but last night felt like the dose finally hit a sweet spot. I’ve been alcohol-free for over 8 months now, which I believe is foundational to all of this. On top of that, I’m currently in the best shape of my life — consistent training, high-protein nutrition, and the rest of my peptide/TRT stack supporting recovery. Everything feels synergistic. My DSIP Takeaways So Far DSIP is still very much in the “personal research” phase for me. I’m using the common 200-300 mcg starting range and titrating up carefully. Last night’s deeper, longer sleep with solid REM/Deep percentages aligns with what many report about its potential to support delta wave activity and overall sleep architecture. Of course, this is N=1 anecdotal data — individual results vary based on lifestyle, other compounds, stress, environment, etc. Always do your own research.

I find it works extremely well at 300mcg. Any more and im yawning still in the morning. Thinking about getting a ring as a sleep tracker.
Tesamorelin & CJC with Ipamorelin (no dac) lesson learned
Hey Guys! Sharing is caring 🙂 The Headache Wake-Up Call 🚨 For context: I was running Tesamorelin at 2 mg/day (on the higher side) and a CJC-1295/Ipamorelin combo vial at 500 mcg — both dosed right before bed (Tesa ~2 hours post-last meal). After about 2.5 –3 weeks, I started waking up with massive, piercing headaches. Not the usual dehydration or adjustment stuff — these were intense. I’ve heard similar stories from several others in the research community who stacked GH secretagogues heavily at night. It felt like classic GH pulse overload — the pituitary getting hit hard all at once while the body is trying to settle into deep recovery. I paused both peptides for a full 3-week reset to let things normalize. Headaches resolved during the break. The Fix That Worked for Me ✅ I restarted with a smarter split-dosing approach: - Tesamorelin: 1 mg at night before bed (still 2+ hours after last meal). 5x days on 2x days off - CJC/Ipamorelin combo: 250–300 mcg first thing in the morning, fasted. 5x days on 2x days off This spreads out the GH pulses throughout the day instead of one big nighttime surge. Headaches gone — sleep quality has stayed strong (especially with the DSIP work and lifestyle factors), recovery feels smoother, and no more morning skull-crushers. Why This Makes Sense (Anecdotally) 🧠 Tesamorelin and CJC/Ipamorelin (no DAC) both stimulate the GH axis but via slightly different pathways and timing. Stacking them heavily pre-bed can apparently overwhelm the system for some people, leading to side effects like headaches (possibly from rapid IGF-1 shifts, fluid dynamics, or just pituitary overdrive). Splitting them evens things out and aligns better with natural pulsatile GH patterns (bigger pulses earlier in the day + overnight recovery). Strong suggestion: If you’re running multiple GH peptides, especially at higher doses, consider splitting them and start conservative. Monitor how you feel, and don’t hesitate to pause/reset if sides pop up. Bloodwork is your friend for tracking IGF-1, etc. 💪

This is exactly how I split mine. I had the CJC/IPA at night and the flush stopped me sleeping. Tesa/DSIP at night and CJC/IPA fasted in the am with exercise. Works a treat.

4 weeks so far, no issues headaches or fluid retention etc. Going well for body recomp.
Welcome to Helix360
The Problem: I was juggling a dozen different tools, websites, apps, and even pen & paper just to keep track of my research, peptides, supplements, workouts, labs, nutrition, and overall health goals. It was messy and time-consuming. The Solution: So I built what I always wished existed — a clean, comprehensive all-in-one platform that brings everything together in one place. It’s mobile friendly so I can log quickly and efficiently without needing to be in front of my PC. Below are a few screenshots of the current platform: Helix360 features already live: 1. Active Schedules + Cycle Planner + Daily Peptide/Supplement Logging 2. Smart Vial Inventory (powder & reconstituted vials) 3. Automatic vial deduction + visual doses remaining 4. Import & visualize lab reports with AI insights 5. Weight, protein, water, energy tracking + physique before/after timeline 6. Macro/Food tracker with AI insights 7. Gym workout programs with AI guidance 8. Muscle readiness tracker (Green = Ready, Yellow = Recovering, Red = Sore) 9. Oura Ring API integration for sleep & recovery data 10. Comprehensive Peptide Guide, Dosing Calculator, tips & protocols (with AI insights) This is still our MVP, and with your feedback we’re going to keep improving and adding more powerful features. If you’re serious about optimizing your health, research, and performance — I’d love to have you as an early user. Enjoy the journey! Luka 💪 — Helix360.Life

Ill be giving this a go. Is our data secure?
Helix360 Smart Vial Inventory Hero Card
You can now log an arrival of a vial in either powder or recon form. If vial is logged as powder "Lyophilized" form then it always stays 100% until recon. If it's in recon form when you log a dosage from your schedule the vial is automatically updated to show remaining dosages or mg available in the vial.
