What are 2 good things about Tana? What's 1 bad thing? 🧐
I want to know what makes you ❤️ Tana, and especially what makes you 🤬 sometimes. Santi and I like Tana, but we didn't build it. So let the spice flow!! ;)

Good things: 1. Everything is a node 2. Supertags Bad thing: Baron Harkonnen says the mentats need local data, not just in the cloud where the Bene Gesserit can mess with it
Day 3
Nick has shown how he makes observations in Tana. Do you have any unique methods that work for you?

I am reminded of the old-school approach to creating reports; what do you want it to look like? We would use Subject Matter Experts of a given subject area for this and then build queries to support that. In Thinking in Tana, we just replace Subject Matter Experts with us. Wait... we ARE the subject matter experts!
Day 5
In what ways have you been able to apply what you've learned about your data and how you work? Have you started developing any go-to strategies?

Absolutely love this approach where you don't have to completely design / engineer the solution first. Kind of a hybrid Agile / Middle-Down-Top approach: Middle - Start capturing the data / information that you want (Meat of the Hamburger) Down - Instantiate visible / inferred patterns that appear (#tags) (Bottom of the Hamburger Bun) Top - Layer in the aggregation framework to expose the data / information structure that brings it all together (queries) (The Top of the Hamburger Bun) Then, you can add the condiments that make the data presentation truly unique to you Forgive me the twisted analogies, it is lunch time :-)
Loooking forward to this course and other good things from you guys :-)
I have been using Tana for awhile, but lately have been waiting to see what the Tana team has up their sleeves for late May... Super excited about this course, howver!

Early Access to New Content
Things have been kind of quiet around here lately on the course content front. There's a reason for that. We've been working on something new that will be coming soon. We'd like to give early access to a few community members who can give us feedback on the experience. If you'd like to participate, comment below or send us a message. We'll be testing next week. Cheers!
