Hi fellow hosts 👋🏻 So I currently have a listing and it appears to be underperforming and I just can't workout why. I have had a few other more seasoned hosts review my listing and pricing etc and they also can't understand why my listing is not getting bookings whilst others locally are getting quite a lot of bookings as expected (even worse looking and priced listings are getting the bookings in). My listing is in Brighton, it's high season, in a great location, professional photos, feedback on staging is great so not just my biased opinion, using pricelabs labs and have the base set to approx £20 below the suggested base. Any help would be really appreciated as I can't understand what's going wrong. Granted I am a new host and only have 2x 5Star Airbnb reviews, I do have a direct booking till the end of July so that is why my listing is not showing as available. Hey fellow SA Community, could anyone recommend ways I can fill low season in Brighton, or companies I should reach out to. Low season is my biggest concern so really want to start preparing and finding solutions.(or even securing bookings). TIA 🙏🏻
