Phase 1: Foundational Reflection Series (Archive)
Over the past few weeks, I published a 21-day foundational reflection series inside Launchpad. Those prompts are still available for anyone who wants to work through the base layer of Transferable Capital thinking at their own pace. Going forward, Launchpad will shift to structured Strategic Sprints and applied frameworks. If you’re new here, start with the Starter Kit below.

Day 21 — Week 3 Reflection
Clarity often shows up quietly. Over the past week, you’ve looked at: - Direction - Regret - Constraints - Non-negotiables - Market demand - Emotional pull vs. disciplined choice Today is about pausing before you move into execution. Today’s prompt What decision are you currently avoiding—and why? It might be: - Choosing a direction - Saying no to something - Committing publicly - Letting go of a former identity Be honest, even if the answer is uncomfortable. You don’t need to act on it today. You just need to name it.

Day 20 — Decision Discipline
Not every good idea is a good move. In transition seasons, it’s easy to chase what feels exciting, familiar, or externally impressive. But clarity requires filtering—not reacting. Today is about noticing where emotion and reality may not align. Today’s prompt What option sounds good emotionally—but doesn’t fully pass the reality test? It could be: - A path that excites you but ignores constraints - A role that looks prestigious but conflicts with your non-negotiables - An idea that feels safe but stalls growth Name the option clearly. Then answer: What specifically makes it misaligned? This isn’t about killing idea’s. It's about disciplined thinking.

Day 19 — Market Reality
Desire matters. So does demand. A clear next move usually sits at the intersection of three things: - What you’re capable of - What you actually want - What the market is willing to pay for Ignoring any one of those creates friction. Today is about grounding your direction in reality. Today’s prompt Where does the market already pay for something you know how to do? Be specific: - What problems are organizations actively hiring to solve? - What services are people paying for right now? - What roles consistently show up in job boards or conversations? Then answer this: Where does your transferable capital intersect with real demand? Short answers are fine. Clarity beats optimism.

Day 18 — Non-Negotiables
Compromise without clarity leads to burnout. When you’re navigating a transition, it’s easy to focus on what’s available instead of what actually matters. Today is about drawing a line—not out of rigidity, but out of self-respect. Today’s prompt What are your three non-negotiables in your next chapter? These could relate to: - Compensation or financial stability - Flexibility or schedule - Type of work - Leadership style - Mission alignment - Growth opportunity - Geographic constraints List three. No explanations required. Then ask yourself: Have I been honest about these with myself?
