I am happy to say the first part of our "From Problem to Sign-Off" free course is up in the classroom section. I'm hoping that in time Skool gets better at structuring how the classroom works but for now, just scroll down and you'll see something the new course and you can help yourself to get started. Trying something slightly different So rather than have a full text update, I am loading up a video that I just recorded to try to keep this place as interesting and engaging as possible. P.S. - if you didn't know, in Windows if you hit the "Windows + H" you can do voice to text and I think that's pretty cool, because that's how I've just written this all out. And I no longer like typing and avoid it whenever I can so, there you go 😀.

If you’re someone who is interested in working on a software implementation project but you don’t have any real world experience yet, I’m going to encourage you to have a look at our $5 introductory course “if you want to break into software implementation projects” (you can find it in the classroom section of our Skool) where I lay out the ins and out for what you can expect as part of the software development life cycle, also sometimes called the project life cycle. Additionally, to help with the conversion of community members from the free to one of the paid tiers, I am also working on a free deep-dive titled “ From Problem to Sign Off” where I’ll show you a five step process that you can follow on your project that will take you through identifying a problem, workshopping the problem with relevant team members, and ultimately getting governance sign off. I’m planning to make this one a little bit more of a game as I toy with, play, and refine with ideas of gamification. Hope to have that up and running within the week. It's a warm afternoon here in New South Wales, Australia. I've been thinking about how to onboard new members because this group in a relatively short time went from less than 5 members to now 38. I am thinking about having some of the accelerators (or other free materials available) so that new members can go through those steps relatively quickly, and then decide if they want to jump into one of the paid tiers or stay in the free membership and getting supplementary content via my social feed.
