@Joshua Kauck I have not capped my memberships. I have 7 bays and 35 members this past winter. Looking at the numbers I was thinking about capping it at 50. Vtee Golf, my booking software, built a function that I can block out some bays to member without them seeing it. This way I don't have to change my membership structure.

@Joshua Kauck FYI, I did not limit my summer memberships, I have 39 at this point. Most of them are not winter members. I use Laser Shot for the shooting sim. I have nothing but problems with it. Once it is running it is fine. I have to start it in a certain order or the projector wont see it, then I have to calibrate it every time. Sooo, I don't market it at all. I use it when I have parties.

I have a summer membership, May - September for $199. 7days 2 hours per day and unlimited 8pm-10am, 24 hr access. I have gotten 31 members, I am happy with that.

@Joshua Kauck Thanks. I have Uneekor now, but I have had some issues with 2 of them in the past 3 months and they are not fixing the units if they are out of warranty. They offer a 30% discount on a new one! I have been lucky that they have sent me 2 new ones even though they were out of warranty for a few months. I am searching for a new launch monitor. I got the Apogee, not in love it. I want to try the Protee VX next.

@Joshua Kauck I would keep 1 EyeXo just for the swing cameras/AI trainer. I would have to get rid of 6 and replace with maybe the Protee VX.

I have tried serval hitting strips. The best one I have used is Sig Pro Softy. A bit pricey but feels great and lasts long.
