Song by The Outlaws, "High tides and Green Grass" always, always takes me back to my days in the fraternity house at Miami Univ. in Oxford, OH. It was a HUGE hit at the time and echoed throughout the house especially in the evenings when we were "firing up"! Oh man, those were the days!

Hey guys (gals too of course!), just joined and don't know much so I'm gonna have to lean on you all for advice. I'm a music fan as everyone else is in here and I welcome any recommendations from the group. I'm particular to many forms of rock & roll and have been a professed jazz fan forever. My wife and I have resided in 5 states (all in the MIdwest) and in retirement, now live in beautiful Northen Michigan.
