Taekwon Master Reid, Master El Bey, one thing thats been confusing me is, all the different ITF. While my knowledge of this is limited I know and recognize President Choi as our Legitimate Leader. Along with of course Master Demers. My question is how do we know which ITF organizations are legit? Is Canadian Elite Taekwondo the only legitimate Organization in Canada?

@Chris Reid Taekwon Master Reid thank you for explaining this to me. While Master Ford did briefly speak about the various ITF, She does not like to get into the politics as She has said it takes away from our learning so i do not ask these questions however i have always been naturally curious.

Something for yourself this weekend!
It’s over in less than 24 hours… Before the weekend ends… Let’s all do ONE (more) thing for yourself! I’m heading down to my “lab” For a leg workout! What will you do? Pushups? Deep knee bends? A walk? Do one more thing for yourself and share what you did below so you can inspire the rest of us!

Taekwon Master Reid, On top of weekly Taekwondo i play Hockey most Thursdays nights after Taekwondo and Saturdays. Honestly Master Reid the most challenging thing for me is to simple keep up with my daily back and hip stretches. As Master Ford and Mr Connolly have said stretching right is a workout in itself.

Power Breaking Journey
2012 World Championships: Team PowerBreaking! We were tied for 3rd place with another country, I did the last three techniques for Team Canada to win the Bronze…took another 4 years to reach the top position on the podium for the first time…. I owe Master Reid & Master Demers a debt of gratitude for hosting The 2012 ITF World Championships in Canada.

Taekwon Master El Bey, was that 6 boards with a knife hand? Do to my limited flexibility, i have been trying to up my hand and fist techniques. Would you consider hosting another Worlds here in Ottawa Master Reid?

ITF Taekwon-Do Is The Life for Me!
Today I had the pleasure of chatting with Master Reid live! We talked about the past and the present. My current position assisting President Choi, visiting with Madame Choi(General Choi's Widow), and a bit of my journey to present day. It was pleasure to share conversation with Master Reid, who I consider a close friend and mentor.
