Little Extra Surprise
@Johannes Berger has been pushing me for the last hour to give a little extra to the community, and I finally caved. We will open the Elite Underdog Sales Community to you Underdogs only on Monday at 1:30 pm UK time/9 am EST. This is: - 22 hours before it's released to my 3,678 Newsletter Subscribers - 24 hours before it's released to my 75K Followers across Social Media The first 50 places will be discounted, but we will completely cap it at 100 as I don't want it to get diluted. As discussed, the Top 3 for the 30-day running will get 3 weeks of free access. @Nymrod Confino has already secured his spot. Have a great weekend, everyone. Giulio

Congrats @Nymrod Confino and to you as well @Giulio Segantini for making this happened. Waiting for it.
ICP Adjustment?
How would one go about identifying their ICP, seeing as the offer being pitched to doesn’t seem to be a pain point being addressed?

So the approach should be to identify the ICP first and then build your offer around that profile, not the other way around. Except if you’re starting or joining a startup that already has a product and is now looking to find its PMF; in that case, the focus should be more on the niche. Here are two quick tips that worked for us in the past: #1 Check out bad reviews of competitors on G2 - Look up the worst reviews of your main competitors on G2. - Find the people who wrote these reviews on LinkedIn. - Reach out to them with this message template if you’d like: “I saw your review on G2 for {{companyName}}, {{firstName}} - I totally get the frustration. We’re actually working on a solution for exactly that problem. Would you be interested in discussing it?” #2 Use Twitter’s Advanced Search - Use Advanced Search on Twitter to find highly-liked tweets mentioning the main competitors. - Focus on tweets with high engagement —these often highlight customer frustrations. - DM the authors of frustrated tweets with the same message template.
What's your way of building trust
From my humble experience in cold calling, the only way to be successful at this is to have the capacity to build trust over a few minutes, maybe even seconds. Some people use humour, others use a highly relevant and targeted message. So what's your way of gaining trust as fast as possible over the phone?

There's an art to building trust in just a few seconds! For my part, I often opt for a hard-hitting question within the first 60 seconds to demonstrate my sincere interest.
What makes a post here in the community stand out?
It has almost been 5 weeks that we started this community. We made a lot of posts. We all learned something. @Hari Keogh Just brought me to this idea because we talked in the DMs. WHAT would you say makes a post here valuable in the community? Share your thoughts in the commments below. Ask you questions down regarding "How to write a good post". I will answer it.

A valuable post here seems to offer insights that everyone can relate to, without focusing on individual situations; it encourages engagement by sparking a conversation rather than just sharing an opinion, keeping the content relevant for everyone.
