Hi, I’m 78 and I jog as part of my weekly workout routine. My goal is to continue to be functionally fit. My “Why” is because God has blessed my wife and me with 10 grand children, 1 great grandchild, and an active family. My goal is to watch their chapters in life unfold for as long as I can, and I want to be an active part/observer wherever I can. Moving purposefully helps me work toward that goal. I look forward to learning from everyone who participates in this community, so I can improve myself and continue working on reaching my goal. Be Well everyone.
