📄 Important read: AI in Architecture (what’s actually happening, beyond the hype)
I’m sharing a must-read white paper on AI in architecture that cuts through the noise and shows what’s really changing in practice. This white paper explains how AI is reshaping architectural practice by changing workflows, client expectations, and where value lives. It clearly explains: - Why clients are already using AI (and how that changes your role) - Why rendering alone is becoming commoditized - Where AI actually saves time (hint: by removing steps, not just speeding them up) - The hidden risks nobody talks about: overtrust, loss of authorship, homogenization - Why human judgment, storytelling, and positioning matter more than ever 👉 The big message: AI doesn’t replace skilled architects or visualizers. It replaces people who only push buttons. If you’re working in: - ArchViz - Architecture/interiors - Freelancing or studios selling visuals This will help you reposition yourself as a decision-maker, not an image producer. 📥 Download the PDF I’m curious: what part worries you most, clients using AI, or prices racing to the bottom?

Thanks Alex... Is this something I can share with colleagues?
💡 Freelancer Tip
If you want clients fast, stop trying to be “a great 3D artist” and start being a problem solver. Real estate developers & architects don’t care about ultra-realistic trees or perfect reflections. They care about: • Getting approvals faster • Convincing a client or municipality • Clearly explaining a design intention 👉 Before every render, ask yourself: “What decision does this image need to help make?” Then: • Keep the camera simple • Light the space to support the idea • Show only what matters (delete visual noise) Clear is better than just pretty. And useful is better than just impressive. That mindset alone will already put you ahead of 80% of freelancers. 🚀 Drop your answer below: who is your ideal client? 1) architects 2) interior designers 3) real estate developers 4) city officials
