I still believe in building recurring income and long-term assets, but I’ve also been looking for opportunities that might create results a little faster. So I’ve decided to publicly document a new adventure: building a land flipping business from scratch. No guru.No expensive coaching.No pretending I’ve already made it. No membership fee, no paywall. What I am going to do instead is share different ways you can earn income in the gaps of your day — some small, some more substantial, all optional. Forgot to mention that Simpli Faceless decision I mentioned. I joined that program thinking it was a blueprint to creating AI influencers because they had some AI tool specifically for them to use . Come to find out after getting into the group that most people in there didn’t actually use the software because of bugs and the high cost compared to Openart and Higgsfield. And most of them in there was doing their own thing anyway. So $650 down the drain. But the lesson was again. It’s never about the product. If you can’t build a personal brand for yourself in this new AI revolution then no product software or community will do it for you. Should have known because of my years jumping around from company to company and product to product. But everything happens in this life the way it’s supposed to. And eventually you’ll find the path inside of you that was always there just waiting for the right moment.
