Hi everyone
I’m wondering if the 4th class ticket for Baffin Island can be challenged. I have 26 years experience with commercial low and high pressure systems and have an opportunity there . I’m in Newfoundland Canada

I do know that they are requiring a 4th class ticket. What paperwork would I need to be able to get the chief’s that I’ve done work for to sign off for steam time , I know most trades have a log book is that the same ? Thanks
