Most people don’t fail because of bad ideas they fail because they stop too early
Building anything online takes longer than most expect. At the start, results are slow, feedback is limited, and it can feel like nothing is working. But usually, it’s not that the idea is wrong it’s that it hasn’t had enough time, testing, and consistency behind it yet. The people who eventually win are often just the ones who kept going, adjusted, and learned from what wasn’t working instead of starting over every time. Progress isn’t always obvious in the beginning, but it compounds when you stick with it. Would be great to hear different perspectives here What’s something you almost gave up on, but stuck with and what did you learn from it in the end?

@Margaret Martin That’s a great insight. A lot of people treat Pinterest like social media and get discouraged when they don’t see instant engagement, not realising it’s more of a search engine play. The shift to thinking long-term with keywords and consistency is where the real results come from. It’s a good reminder that not all platforms reward speed some reward patience and strategy. Curious, how long did it take before you started seeing consistent traffic from your efforts?

@Margaret Martin That’s actually a solid timeline to be fair. A lot of people quit way before that point because they expect instant results.Linking directly to offers is a smart move as well, that’s where it turns from just traffic into actual results.

Muhammad Sharaiz Sounds like you’ve got a solid base, especially working across different regions .From what I’ve seen, the key with outreach like this is making it really clear what specific problem you solve and for who, rather than keeping it too broad. Out of curiosity, are you focusing more on a particular industry or type of use case with your AI integrations right now?
Quick reality check for everyone building online
A lot of people think growth comes from learning more but in communities like this, real progress usually comes from taking action and engaging with others. The way platforms like Skool are designed, the biggest wins often come from sharing ideas, asking questions, and learning through real conversations not just consuming content. Sometimes one post, one comment, or one piece of feedback can unlock a completely new direction. So instead of just scrolling today, drop something below What’s one action you’ve taken recently that actually moved you forward and what did you learn from it?

@Hamed Mohammadi Ah I see, sounds like you’ve had a few things slowing you down at the same time. Honestly that happens to a lot of people in the beginning, so don’t worry too much about it. Once your laptop is back and the listing issue is sorted, you’ll be able to start fresh and move much faster. Sometimes a clean restart actually helps because you can organise your policies and listing process properly from the start. I’m based in the UK. When your laptop is back, are you planning to start listing straight away again or take a bit of time first to double check the eBay settings?
Quick thought for everyone building a business or community right now
A lot of people focus on finding the perfect idea before they start. But in reality, most successful builders start with a simple idea and improve it through action and feedback. Communities like this are powerful because you don’t have to figure everything out alone. You can learn faster by sharing experiences, testing ideas, and seeing what works for others. Platforms like Skool are designed for exactly that members discussing ideas, sharing lessons, and helping each other progress. So instead of overthinking the next step, sometimes the best move is simply to ship something small and learn from it. I’d love to hear from everyone here What’s one idea, project, or experiment you’re currently working on and what’s the biggest challenge you’re facing with it right now?

@Khent Lj That’s a really common challenge to be fair. Building the solutions is one side of it, but finding the right businesses who actually feel the problem is where most of the work happens. Sometimes it helps to narrow down to one specific type of business first and focus on the exact process you can automate for them. Are you currently reaching out directly to businesses, or mostly relying on content and inbound interest right now?
