Simple upload the "transcript" of your onboarding call with your client and within seconds you will have everything you need to copy/paste into a fresh knowledge base page. You will need to first use a FREE TOOL like Otter.ai (or similar) to turn your audio file into a transcript (currently too expensive for us to do via API) and then simply paste the transcript and press GENERATE! You can then use that output to paste into a new KB page.
