🌞 Good Morning, Academy Fam! 🌞
Happy 9th September! 🧵📈🔥 Today's reminder... One viral post can give you a spike. Consistency gives you a BUSINESS. ✨ Motivation: Consistency beats occasional virality. It's easy to feel motivated when yesterday's Thread got: 🔥 Thousands of views 💬 Loads of replies ❤️ Plenty of likes 👥 New followers But what happens when yesterday's post got... 43 views and two likes—one of them might have been you checking it. 😂 YOU POST AGAIN. Because one poor-performing post doesn't mean your content is bad. It doesn't mean your account is dying. And it definitely doesn't mean you need to change your entire strategy overnight. Sometimes... A POST JUST FLOPS. Welcome to social media. 😂 🧠 Tip: Momentum matters more than obsessing over individual posts. Think: POST → LEARN → ADJUST → POST AGAIN™ Don't: ❌ Delete everything ❌ Change your niche ❌ Stop posting for a week ❌ Decide the algorithm hates you ❌ Start rebuilding your entire business 😂 Instead, look at what happened. Was the hook weak? Was the topic interesting? Could the post have been shorter? Was there a clear reason to reply? Then take the lesson into the NEXT post. ✅ Today's Action: If yesterday's post flopped... POST AGAIN TODAY. That's the challenge. Don't wait until you feel confident again. Create another opportunity. Try a different: 🪝 Hook 💭 Topic ❤️ Emotion 📖 Story ❓ Question 🎯 Angle Because your next post starts at ZERO. Yesterday's performance doesn't decide today's result. 🔥 BONUS TIP: Start using the: 10-POST RULE™ 🧵📊 Instead of judging your content strategy from ONE post, look at your last 10 posts. Ask: Which topics performed best? Which hooks got attention? Which posts created conversations? Which ones brought profile visits or followers? What patterns can I repeat? That's far more useful than emotionally reacting every time one Thread doesn't perform. STOP EXPECTING EVERY POST TO BE A WINNER. Some posts will fly. Some will flop. Some will strangely do absolutely nothing for two days and suddenly start moving. 😂

Happy 8th September! 🧵🔥💬 Today's reminder... You don't need a massive audience to get noticed on Threads. You need a reason for people to remember YOU. ✨ Motivation: Small creators can grow surprisingly quickly on Threads. You don't need: ❌ 100,000 followers ❌ A perfectly polished brand ❌ Professional photos every day ❌ Years of experience ❌ To pretend you're some marketing guru 😂 Threads gives smaller creators an opportunity because conversations can travel far beyond your existing audience. But there's something that can make a HUGE difference... YOUR PERSONALITY. 🧠 Tip: Let people hear YOUR voice in your content. If every post sounds like: "Here are five strategies to optimise your digital marketing performance..." You might technically be providing value... But it can also sound like a PowerPoint presentation escaped onto Threads. 😂 Instead, write how you actually communicate. Use: 😂 Your humour 💭 Your opinions 📖 Your experiences ❤️ Your personality 🔥 Your frustrations 🎯 Your beliefs 🗣️ The phrases you naturally use You don't need everyone to like your personality. You need the RIGHT people to connect with it. Try the: KNOWLEDGE + EXPERIENCE + PERSONALITY = YOU™ Plenty of creators can teach the same topic. But nobody can combine your knowledge, experiences and personality in exactly the same way. That's your advantage. ✅ Today's Action: Create ONE Thread in your real voice today. Before posting it, ask yourself: "Would I actually say this in a conversation?" If the answer is no... Rewrite it. Make it sound more like YOU. For example: Instead of: ❌ "Entrepreneurs should maintain consistency despite fluctuations in engagement." Try: ✅ "Some days your content flies. Other days you wonder if Threads has hidden your account in a cupboard somewhere. 😂 Keep showing up." Same message. Much more personality. 🔥 BONUS TIP: Try the: VOICE NOTE TEST™ 🎙️ Imagine you're sending a voice note to a friend explaining your idea. How would you say it?

Happy 7th September! 🧵❤️‍🔥🔥 Today's reminder... The posts people remember aren't always the ones that TEACH the most. Sometimes they're the ones that make someone feel UNDERSTOOD. ✨ Motivation: Viral posts often create emotion. Think about the posts you stop scrolling for. The ones you share. The ones you screenshot. The ones that make you think: "Wow... I thought I was the only one." That's powerful content. Because people don't just want information. They want to feel SEEN. ❤️ 🧠 Tip: Create content around experiences your audience recognises immediately. Things like: 😩 Working hard and seeing little engagement 💰 Going days without making a sale 👀 Watching someone else grow faster 🧠 Overthinking everything you post 🔥 Feeling motivated one day and exhausted the next 📱 Posting consistently while wondering if anyone cares ❤️ Wanting to quit but still showing up You don't need to exaggerate the struggle. RELATABILITY BEATS DRAMA. Try the: FEELING → MOMENT → TRUTH → CONNECTION™ ❤️ Start with the feeling. Describe a real moment. Share the truth or lesson behind it. Then invite people to relate. For example: "Nobody really talks about how strange building an online business can feel. One day you're convinced you've finally figured everything out. The next day your post gets 37 views, nobody buys anything and you're questioning every decision you've made since 2014. 😂 If you're having one of those days, you're definitely not the only one." Simple. Human. Relatable. ✅ Today's Action: Post ONE deeply relatable Thread today. Before publishing, ask: "Will the right person read this and think THAT'S ME?" If yes... Post it. 🔥 BONUS TIP: Start building a: RELATABILITY VAULT™ 🧵📚 Whenever you experience something your audience might also experience, write it down. Don't wait until you need content. Capture: 💭 Thoughts 😩 Frustrations 😂 Funny moments 🏆 Small wins 🚧 Setbacks ❤️ Realisations 🔥 Lessons Those everyday moments can become some of your strongest Threads.

Happy 6th September! 🧵💬🔥 Today's reminder... Threads growth rarely comes from ONE amazing day. It comes from what you keep doing EVERY day. ✨ Motivation: Threads growth can compound over time. One post starts a conversation. One comment gets someone curious. One reply leads to a profile visit. One profile visit becomes a follower. One follower eventually becomes a subscriber, community member or customer. None of those actions look huge individually... But repeat them consistently and they start adding up. 📈 🧠 Tip: Stay active consistently. Don't use Threads like a noticeboard where you post something and disappear. 😂 Remember: POSTING IS ONLY HALF THE JOB. Spend time: 💬 Replying to comments ❤️ Engaging with other creators 👀 Joining relevant conversations 🤝 Connecting with new people ❓ Asking questions 🔄 Continuing conversations on your own posts Think: POST → ENGAGE → CONNECT → REPEAT™ Threads is built around conversations. So if you want more people interacting with you... Start interacting with THEM. ✅ Today's Action: Set a timer for 20 MINUTES. ⏰ For those 20 minutes: 📱 Don't mindlessly scroll. 🎯 Don't worry about follower numbers. 💰 Don't pitch your offer under every post you see. 😂 Instead, deliberately engage. Try: 5 minutes — Reply to your own comments. 10 minutes — Leave genuine replies on other people's Threads. 5 minutes — Start or continue conversations with people in your niche. That's it. 20 MINUTES OF INTENTIONAL ENGAGEMENT. 🔥 BONUS TIP: Try the: 1 POST → 5 ENGAGEMENTS METHOD™ 🧵 Every time you publish something, engage meaningfully with five other posts. This creates a simple habit: Create something. Then... BECOME PART OF THE CONVERSATION. You don't need to spend your entire day glued to Threads. Small amounts of focused, consistent activity can be far more manageable than randomly scrolling for hours. Drop a 🧵 below once your 20-minute engagement session is complete today! Post consistently. Engage genuinely. Build relationships. Let the small actions compound. 🧵💬📈❤️‍🔥🚀

@Steph van der Merwe Good morning, Steph! 😊🌞 Exactly! Threads doesn’t need to become a full-time job 😂 The 1 post → 5 engagements approach keeps it simple and makes sure you’re not just posting and disappearing. A few focused minutes of genuine engagement throughout the day can be far more effective than hours of endless scrolling. 👊🔥 Have a great Sunday! ❤️‍🔥🙌

Happy 5th September! 🧵👀💰 Today's reminder... Before you can make the sale, you first have to earn the ATTENTION. ✨ Motivation: Monetization starts with attention. You could have: 🔥 An amazing product 💰 A brilliant price 🎁 Incredible bonuses 📚 Loads of value 🎯 The perfect solution But if people scroll straight past your content... They'll never discover any of it. On Threads, those first few words matter. Your opening line has ONE job: MAKE THEM WANT TO READ THE NEXT LINE. 🧠 Tip: Spend more time improving your hooks. Instead of: ❌ "Here are some tips for selling digital products..." Try: 🔥 "Your digital product might not be the reason you're getting no sales." Or instead of: ❌ "Let's talk about growing on Threads..." Try: 👀 "I stopped chasing followers on Threads—and my results improved." A stronger opening creates curiosity. Try the: STOP → CURIOSITY → VALUE™ 🧵 STOP: Get their attention. CURIOSITY: Give them a reason to continue. VALUE: Deliver something worth staying for. Simple. ✅ Today's Action: Find ONE weak hook from an old Threads post. Don't change the entire post. Just rewrite the opening. Create 5 different versions: 😩 Problem-based 👀 Curiosity-based 🎯 Outcome-based 🔥 Bold opinion 📖 Story-based Then choose the strongest one. 🔥 BONUS TIP: Start building a: HOOK VAULT™ 🪝📚 Every time you write a hook that performs well, save it. Don't necessarily copy the exact words next time. SAVE THE STRUCTURE. For example: "The reason you're struggling with ___ probably isn't ___." "I stopped doing ___ and started doing ___." "Nobody tells beginners this about ___." "If I had to start ___ again, I'd do this first." "You don't need more ___. You need better ___." Over time, you'll have your own collection of proven opening structures. And remember... Don't use clickbait that promises something your post doesn't deliver. The hook earns the attention. Your content needs to KEEP it. Drop a 🪝 below once you've rewritten today's hook!

@Steph van der Merwe Good afternoon, Steph! 😊❤️‍🔥 Exactly! We can spend ages improving the middle of a post, but if the hook doesn’t make someone stop, they’ll never see any of it 😂 And that’s why I wouldn’t automatically bin a post that underperforms. Sometimes the content itself is solid — it just needs a stronger doorway into it. Change the hook, test it again and let the results tell you what works. 👊🔥
