@Delena Austin I made fun of mules until I rode one! The red horse has always been lacking in confidence (which comes from me her rider), so husband rode her until the buckskin came. Now he's really smitten with her and she takes good care of him. Rosie the Red mule has always kept me safe and maneuver about anything you ask. I hate ringbone, and we've treated and she is actually doing really well, but does have a little limp some days, but she's earned her retirement as long as we can keep her pain free. Stella is suppose to be the next (which I wasn't planning on a next) but not ready to quit either. She's doing really well, but she travels faster then I'd like but we are building trust with each other. She is over 15 hands so I feel like I'm on a mountain. The black mule is not completely trained for riding although we have been on her and I have a girl that is going to come here to put some rides maybe as I am older, but she talks to you first to meet you at the gate and loves attention. She is short (which i like). Ha
