Still going 2-3k a day
Running daily, now that I got new shoes my ankle pain has almost gone completely away! So that is good. Getting really cold out now haha so running a bit on the treadmill in the morning. Might get a pass at the rec centre just to get out of the house. What does eveyone else do in the winter?

When it gets cold and icy. I walk on indoor track or on my treadmill.

Already got it done! Took breaks but happy with the progress 500m walk 500 run X4 Had a lot more endurance today. Felt like I could go a lot more but no reason to push it and injure myself even more haha Looking forward to tomorrow

Pushed through it! Didn't want to keep going... especially when some kid on a Escooter blew past me (what a dickhead) But kept going and got it done. Didn't officially time it but took around 15ish minutes Small victories 😀

Already a success- 9 day streak!
Got it out of the way early. Did a slow jog of 2k! Right foot still sore but that's OK. Got jumped on by a over eager poodle haha Now that I'm on a good streak it's a lot easier to go out and get it done. Looking forward to the 5k events and on track to easily complete it

Hi everyone. I’m just looking at getting back into exercise. I’ve struggled with weight issues most of my life. I’m in my sixties and have decided that I want my retirement years to be healthy. I’m just starting and not sure I can run a 5k but might be able to walk this one. Looking to start small and hopefully not hurt myself. Any support would be appreciated.
