Mines finally melting, but it DID snow today.

Still have snow.... But we've hit the 20's now. Another month or so... then weeds.

No starts this year, I just don't have time. Here's a picture from my yard today and some northern lights ones from last night a friend took.

Phillip is right. Easy. We don't really use them here, mostly because of the encouragement of mosquitos.

@Jim Flach here... ANY water, standing or moving it a mosquito breeding ground.

Here we get one short season. Unless you have a heated and lighted greenhouse. However, we do have long enough to do a little succession with short mature crops like radish and lettuce. I guess for me it's yes and no. Not sure yet what I'm doing this year. Still haven't done my plan. Life has gotten in the way. I did order my seed potatoes. Which I suppose is a start of sorts.

@Jim Flach not sure. But it encourages the sweetness in everything. Carrots are like candy up here. Sugar snap peas, even kale is sweeter.
