@Ty Flip Man I don't work the acquisitions side of things, mainly on dispo connecting with buyers. So here's my action for today already in motion: two JV deals entered and running numbers on, referred a potential buyer to my lender for a subdivision lot in Texas, spoke with one of my JV partners about getting another deal in once under contract, and I've got more deals in the works once they're under contract with my JV partners who are sending them my way for underwriting and dispo. I love the 60 day approach too. I've always leaned toward 90, so seeing you push it down to 60 makes a lot of sense for getting more reps in and starting the process sooner. Super appreciate what you've built here over the years, you've helped countless people on this journey and kept them accountable just like this. Honoured to be part of the group 🙏

@Ty Flip Man I did exactly this! Received several more exact buy boxes from buyers to send out to wholesalers to hunt for these deals. This honestly streamlines the dispo process to close deals much faster. Thanks for the tip and motivation to keep going further on this Ty! 💪
