Blood is the river. Attention is gravity. MODULE I — THE PHYSICS OF BREATHED POWER (Week 1) Purpose: Establish mechanical control and sensory literacy. Theory Breath is the only autonomic function you can seize consciously. That makes it the master switch. Oxygenation alters blood chemistry. Blood chemistry alters neural firing. Neural firing alters perception and will. Practice 1. Baseline Observation Sit upright. No correction. Track inhale length, exhale length, pauses. Record ratios. 2. Mechanical Square Inhale 4 • Hold 4 • Exhale 4 • Hold 4. Ten cycles. No strain. 3. Blood Awareness Drill During inhale, track coolness in nostrils. During exhale, track warmth in lips and chest. You are mapping circulation by sensation. Checkpoint: Breath without thought. Thought follows breath, not the other way around. MODULE II — BREATH AS A DIRECTIVE SIGNAL (Week 2) Purpose: Attach intention to airflow. Theory The nervous system does not understand words. It understands rhythm, pressure, and repetition. Intention is encoded by timing and emphasis, not affirmations. Practice 1. Command Inhale Inhale through the nose with a slight constriction. Mentally compress a single directive ("rise," "steady," "expand"). One word only. 2. Receive Hold At full inhale, hold 2–5 seconds. No pushing. This is the intake window. 3. Purge Exhale Exhale through the mouth. Long, controlled. Feel heaviness drop through the legs. Ten rounds. Checkpoint: You feel clearer, not hyped. Power is quiet.

Day 2 is (Wisdom) This reflects the Moon or could also talk about the Woman as well. Imo Gaia also has a womb and a life force so you could link that there as well. When one uses wise words, actions, and proper conduct certain portals begin to manifest. Realize there is a connection between 1's self and ones environment is ABSOLUTE. Once one begins to perceive this connection our next step would be to tune the distortion (noise of this world out). This is why it's said to be in the world but not of it. Wisdom (Knowledge in action/The Moon) Alphabet B Be / Born (Existence / Bringing to life) This corresponds to facilitating the connection between one and ones self to life. Ensuring 1 is drawing your boundaries and constraints well is especially important when one is passing thru this stage. This formation of being born/reborn is VITAL. Where some get stuck at is the 1st and the 6th stage of Consciousness. Referred to as the artificial void(s). Or the 10th stage which is the (natural void(s)). Upon entering these places one is offered at least two paths. One must choose wisely which they will take or it could be possible to again fall levels of consciousness upon the path.
