With out the human trials, we don't have much to go by in respect to whether this compound does carry the benefits it claims to, the possible risks or even effective dosages. I get that people are trying to avoid either using AAs or relying on them solely for performance and cosmetic benefits but at least we have the data there to be aware of the risks associated with these compounds, whether that be cardiovascular risk, renal toxicity or or hepatic toxicity and we can track these with appropriate blood work, echocardiograms and calcium iron scores. But unfortunately with peptides such as MOTS-C we don’t really know what risks we are monitoring for or how to avoid them other than from just waiting until we have more data.
